1. Precision connection and leveling mechanism:

High-strength connection flange: The top of the end beam is rigidly connected to the ends of the two main beams through a large, high-precision processed flange. The connection bolts are of high specifications and large quantities, and the preload requirements are strict.

Leveling device: Usually equipped with a precision pin joint + shim set or hydraulic leveling device. It is used to compensate for track height differences, installation errors or foundation settlement during installation or later to ensure that the two main beams are on the same horizontal plane, which is crucial for the normal operation of double-beam cranes.

2. Ultra-large capacity buffer device:

Heavy-duty polyurethane buffers or hydraulic buffers are installed at both ends of the end beam, with extremely high energy absorption capacity (much greater than single beams) to safely absorb collision energy at a full load speed of 20tons.

3. Integrated safety device interface:

Trolley travel limit impact ruler: Strong and reliable, triggering the limit switches installed at both ends of the track.

Anti-collision system interface: Supports the installation of laser/radar ranging sensors for multiple cranes sharing tracks or close to obstacles.

Load monitoring interface: Connect accurate electronic weighing sensor (often installed on the main beam or lifting mechanism).

Anemometer interface (outdoor): Monitor wind speed, alarm or shut down when over limit.

Sound and light alarm: Integrated installation point.

4. Strict track requirements:

Track specifications: Tracks with extremely strong load-bearing capacity must be used, such as QU80, QU100, QU120 special crane rails, or strictly verified heavy-duty welded box beams/H-shaped steel (such as IPB series). Ordinary I-beams or light QU rails cannot meet the requirements.

Installation accuracy: The straightness, horizontality (especially the relative height difference between the two rails), gauge accuracy, joint gap and smoothness, and fixing strength (high-strength pressure plates, bolts) of the track have extremely strict standards. The installation must be completed by a professional team.

Frequency conversion control system (almost standard):

Necessity: For 20-ton double-beam cranes, frequency conversion speed regulation is standard or highly recommended. Reasons:

Eliminate start-stop shock: Smooth acceleration and deceleration under huge inertial force to protect structures and cargo.

Millimeter-level precision positioning: Achieve fine operation under heavy load.

Precise synchronization of multiple motors: Ensure consistent drive speeds at all four corners to avoid distortion.

Wide speed range: High speed at no load improves efficiency, and low speed at heavy load ensures safety.
