125g Wall Mounted Jib Crane With Electric Hoist Free Standing
1. Save space and maximize ground utilization:
Core advantage! Directly fixed on a solid wall or structural column, it does not occupy ground space at all (the column type requires a ground foundation).
Particularly suitable for areas with narrow passages, dense ground equipment, or extremely limited space.
The ground under the cantilever is completely unobstructed, which is convenient for other equipment or personnel to pass through.
2. Lightweight and compact structure:
Due to the light load (125kg), the cantilever beam (usually an I-beam or a light box beam) and the supporting structure (corbel bracket) are relatively light in design.
The overall appearance is simple and has little sense of space oppression.
3. The cantilever can be rotated (the angle is usually limited):
The cantilever can be rotated horizontally around the swivel support fixed to the wall.
The rotation angle is usually smaller than the column type: The most common is 180° (covering the front semicircle area), and some models can reach 270° (covering the front three-quarters circle). It is very difficult to achieve 360° rotation (special design is required and the wall requirements are extremely high, which is very rare).
Within the covered fan-shaped area, materials can be flexibly hoisted to the required location.
4. Various lifting methods (mainly manual/light electric):
Manual chain hoist: The most economical and common configuration. Simple operation, convenient maintenance, and completely unrestricted by power supply. Suitable for occasions where there are infrequent or low speed requirements.
Light electric chain hoist: More labor-saving and faster lifting (about 3-8 meters/minute), suitable for frequent operation. Power supply is required.
Pneumatic hoist: It may be used in specific environments (such as explosion-proof workshops), but it is not as common as the previous two.
5. Installation depends on wall strength:
The most critical requirement! The installation wall (or structural column) must have sufficient strength and stability to withstand the overturning moment, vertical load and possible dynamic load generated by the cantilever crane.
Usually a professional engineer is required to evaluate the wall structure (concrete wall, solid brick wall, steel structure column, etc.) and design a suitable bracket and anchoring solution (using high-strength chemical anchors or through bolts).
It must not be installed on non-load-bearing walls such as hollow brick walls, gypsum board walls, lightweight partitions, etc.!
