Electric Single Girder Overhead Crane 3ton Span 12m
An Electric Single-Girder Overhead Crane is a lightweight lifting device designed for material handling in workshops, warehouses, and production lines. It consists of a single bridge girder, an electric hoist for vertical lifting, and an end carriage for horizontal movement along runway beams. It is compact, cost-effective, and suitable for light to medium-duty applications.
Single girder overhead bridge crane can be constructed with either structural steel beams (W flange beams) or welded steel plates, commonly known as box girders. Normally lifting capacity up to 20ton and span up to 30m are constructed of structural steel.
1,Main Girder
The main girder is a box type structure with compact design, lighter weight ,higher working grade and reasonable distribution of stiffener. The span can be divided to several parts when span exceeds 12 meters, which is convenient for container shipment.
2,End Carriage
The main body of the end beam is made of rectangular tube, and the wheels are of two structures: hollow shaft or open gear type. It is matched with different levels of drive motors, which is beautiful and runs smoothly.Equipped with a magnetic infrared anti-collision limiter with adjustable distance.
3, Control Panel
The circuit layout of the electrical control panel is reasonable, neat and beautiful. The logn traveling is controlled by a frequency converter, making the operation and stopping smoother.
4, C-track festoon
Festoon Systems support conductor cables(flat or round) and hoses (hydraulic and pneumatic applications) for delivering power &control to mobile equipment in a safe, efficient and maintenance free method.
The cable trolleys are well guided inside their C-tracks and protected against humidity, dust and icing.

5, Lifting Mechanism Electric Hoist
Lifting mechanism: The lifting mechanism adopts European wire rope electric hoist or electric chain hoist, which has lower noise and higher working level. Use pendant control or wireless radio remote control.
