1. Improved core parameters:
Rated lifting capacity: 20 tons (20,000 kg) - This is its core capability, suitable for heavier loads.
Lifting height: 15 meters - Meet the needs of the corresponding workspace.
2. Strengthened European design features:
Stronger structure, relatively optimized deadweight: Although the tonnage has increased, the essence of European design remains. High-strength alloy steel materials, optimized box beam structure or thickened plate are used to ensure strength and rigidity, while controlling deadweight as much as possible to reduce the burden on factory driving. The overall size will be larger than 16 tons, but it is still compact compared to traditional hoists of the same tonnage.
3. Three-in-one drive mechanism (enhanced version):
The integration is still high, but the motor power is significantly increased (for example, from about 11-15kW of 16 tons to 18-22kW or higher, depending on the brand and speed).
The gear modulus, shaft diameter and bearing specifications of the reducer are comprehensively improved to transmit greater torque and withstand greater load impact.
The drum diameter and length are usually increased to accommodate thicker wire ropes and ensure sufficient rope capacity. The drum wall thickness and structural strength are enhanced.
4. High-power and high-performance lifting motor:
Use a higher-power squirrel cage asynchronous motor with forced air cooling.
Built-in disc brake (increased size and braking torque) to ensure safe braking of 20-ton loads. Higher requirements for brake reliability.
Standard thermal protection to prevent motor overheating damage.
5. Wire rope and drum (reinforced):
Use thicker and higher-strength galvanized wire rope (for example, the diameter may increase from about 18mm for 16 tons to about 20-22mm, such as 6x36WS+IWRC or 35x7). More emphasis is placed on wear resistance, extrusion resistance and rotation resistance.
The drum design pays more attention to wire rope guidance and rope arrangement to prevent rope disorder caused by heavy load and thick rope diameter. The rope groove design and drum end baffle strength are enhanced.
6. Heavy-duty hook device:
Equipped with forged alloy steel hooks of higher strength grade and larger size (20-ton class), strictly in compliance with FEM/DIN and other standards.
The hook is equipped with a safety tongue (lock) and thrust bearing to ensure 360° free rotation and safety and reliability.
The pulley ratio may be increased or the pulley diameter/shaft diameter may be increased (for example, from 2/1 ratio of 16 tons to 4/1 ratio) to disperse the wire rope tension and reduce the force on a single rope, which may also affect the lifting speed.
