1. Super strong structural bearing capacity:
 
Heavy-duty box-type structure: The end beam body is welded into a solid box-type structure with thicker high-strength steel plates (such as S355JR or higher grades), and the internal reinforced rib layout usually ensures extremely high bending, torsion and compressive strength under 16-ton rated load and dynamic load and eccentric load conditions.
 
Optimized stress distribution: The design has undergone precise finite element analysis, and key parts (such as the connection with the main beam, the drive unit mounting seat, and the wheel axle seat) are specially strengthened to avoid stress concentration.

2. High-performance "three-in-one" drive unit:
 
More power and torque: The power of the drive motor is significantly increased (multi-stage motors or higher efficiency designs may be used) to meet the needs of frequent starting, stopping and acceleration under 16-ton loads.
