1. Lifting method: mainly manual
Manual chain hoist: This is the most economical, most common and compatible choice for the cable-stayed design (no power supply required). Simple operation and easy maintenance.
Lightweight pneumatic hoist: Optional in situations where there is an air source, which is more labor-saving than manual, but increases the cost of pipelines.
Electric hoists are less common: Adding electric hoists will increase the cantilever load and complexity, which may weaken the "lightweight" advantage of the cable-stayed type, and the power supply wiring needs to be considered (which may affect the cable).
2. Cantilever rotation ability (usually limited or fixed):
Fixed angle (most common): In order to simplify the structure and ensure that the cable is always effectively tensioned, many cable-stayed cantilevers are designed with a fixed angle (non-rotatable). The lifting range is limited to the straight area directly below the cantilever beam.
Limited rotation (special design required): If the design allows rotation, the range is usually very limited (for example, ±15°-30°), and a complex mechanism is required to ensure that the cable can still work correctly and the tension is stable when rotating. This significantly increases cost and complexity and is not common in 250kg manual models.
3. Moderate working radius:
The effective working radius is usually between 2m and 5m. The larger the radius, the greater the tension of the inclined cable, the higher the requirements for the upper anchor point, and the more obvious the cantilever deflection (even with inclined pull).
4. Application scenario (driven by specific needs):
Sufficient space height but limited ground/wall support: When it is impossible to install a single column or wall bracket that is strong enough to withstand the overturning moment of a 250kg conventional cantilever crane, use a strong structure at a high place for inclined pull.
