Product Description

                           User-friendly inverter control panel for overhead crane systems, precise speed contro

Braking Unit and Braking Resistor: For hoists and trolleys (especially during downhill or rapid deceleration), when the motor is generating power, the inverter's DC bus voltage increases. When the braking unit detects that the bus voltage exceeds the threshold, it connects the braking resistor, converting the regenerative energy into heat and dissipating it, ensuring safe and rapid deceleration and stopping, and preventing inverter overvoltage failure.

PLC or Intelligent Controller: Serves as the logic control core, processing operating instructions, safety interlocks, speed settings, status monitoring, fault diagnosis, etc., and coordinating the operation of multiple inverters (trolleys, trolleys, and hoists).

Contactors and Circuit Breakers: Control the main power supply, isolate the inverter's input and output, and provide protection (overload, short circuit).

Protection Devices: Comprehensive protection circuitry includes protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, short circuit, phase loss, ground fault, and motor stall/overload.

Interface Terminal Block: Connects control console commands, limit switches, safety devices (overload limiter, height limiter, door limiter, etc.), encoder/speed feedback signals (required for closed-loop vector control), status feedback signals, etc.

Cooling System: Forced air cooling (fans) is commonly used to ensure that cabinet components (especially the inverter and brake resistor) operate within the permitted temperature. Large cabinets may require air conditioning or water cooling.

Human-Machine Interface: May be equipped with a touch screen or text display for parameter setting, status monitoring, fault alarm display, and operation log query.
