  Contactors and Circuit Breakers for Power Supply Control Inverter Control Panel for Safe Operation

Control Logic and Performance Characteristics:

Closed-loop vector control (for hoisting): Utilizes motor encoder feedback for speed and position information to achieve extremely high speed and torque control accuracy (especially at low speeds). This ensures the hook remains stable in mid-air and prevents the load from sliding down (full torque is maintained at zero speed), a key feature of hoisting mechanisms.

Open-loop vector/VF control (applicable for trolleys, carriages, and partial hoists): This control is relatively simple and low-cost, yet also provides good speed regulation performance. However, it is suitable for hoisting mechanisms where the requirements for low-speed torque and speed accuracy are less stringent.

Interlock control: The control cabinet is typically used in conjunction with an interlock control console. The operator issues a speed command using a master controller or joystick, and the frequency converter cabinet controls the motor according to the command's amplitude and direction.

Safety interlock: Integrates all necessary safety signals (limit, overload, emergency stop, safety door, etc.) to immediately shut down or disable the corresponding mechanism if any safety condition is not met.

Fault diagnosis and recording: Powerful self-diagnosis function can record and display detailed fault codes, occurrence time, operating parameters, etc., greatly facilitating maintenance and troubleshooting.
