Bridge crane vector control solutions:

Full torque control: Sufficient torque (up to 150%-200% of rated torque) is delivered the moment the bridge crane starts, effectively preventing hook slippage when lifting heavy loads.

Torque preset and memory: The system automatically detects load weight and delivers the appropriate torque for smooth lifting. For precise positioning, the system offers a "micro-motion" mode (e.g., jogging) to achieve millimeter-level movement.

Zero-speed hovering: Even when the motor speed is zero, the control system delivers a strong, maintaining torque to keep the load firmly in the air without any slippage.
