1. Structural design
High-strength double-beam structure: adopts box-beam or truss design, double-beam layout disperses load, improves overall stability and anti-deformation ability, and ensures the safety of 50-ton heavy load.

Modular design: Standardized components facilitate quick installation, disassembly and maintenance, and reduce downtime.

Compact and lightweight: optimize materials (such as high-strength alloy steel) and structure, reduce volume while ensuring strength, suitable for space-constrained working conditions.

 

2. Motor and drive system
High-efficiency motor: equipped with three-phase asynchronous motor or variable frequency motor, powerful and energy-saving, suitable for frequent start-stop and long-term operation.

Variable frequency control (optional): realize stepless speed regulation, smoother lifting and operation, reduce load shaking, and precise positioning.

Lifting speed: usually 3.3 meters/minute (adjustable), providing greater torque at low speed to ensure heavy load safety.

 

3. Wire rope and drum
Highly anti-rotation wire rope: multi-layer non-rotation structure, reducing the risk of entanglement, breaking force far exceeds the rated load (if it meets ISO standards).

Large diameter drum: reduce the bending stress of wire rope and extend the service life; the surface may be galvanized or plastic coated, anti-corrosion, and the drum is equipped with a rope guide as standard to reduce wire rope loss and extend the service life.

Multi-layer winding design: supports a larger lifting height (up to tens of meters), neatly arranged to prevent rope disorder.

 

4. Safety device
Multiple protection system:

Overload protection: automatically cut off the power supply to prevent overload.

Double limit: upper and lower limit mechanical + electronic limit switch.

Emergency brake: fail-safe brake, automatic locking when power is off.

Phase sequence protection: prevent the motor from reversing and damaging the equipment.

IP protection level: such as IP55, dustproof and waterproof, adaptable to harsh environments.

 

5. Intelligent control system
